Retrieve your RUID

Follow these steps to retrieve your RUID. Please note that this process is only applicable to online applicants who have applied more than 24 hours ago.

  1. From the menu to the left, select 'Resume an Application'
  2. Enter your login information (that same user name and PIN that was used to start your application.
  3. Select 'Review your last submitted application'
  4. Your RUID will appear under 'Personal Information' at the top of the screen. If your RUID does not appear, not enough time has lapsed since you submitted your application. Wait 24 hours and try again.
